I use buttons as embellishments on cards, for zipper pulls, and for my convention badges (I go to a lot of conventions)! I have a 1.25 inch machine but would love a 1 inch as well!
As a true small business (just me operating out of my home when not working my day job) I am always striving to get an edge over the large brick and mortar companies. One way that I do so is by offering products that they don’t, at a price people can afford. Buttons would be a perfect fit for what I am trying to achieve. As I like to say, “nothing ventured, nothing gained”.
I’ve been borrowing a friend’s button maker and it has been great. We’ve been offering buttons & magnets as part of a new tote bag business for a little extra surprise when people get their packages. Hopefully we’ll soon be offering a bunch of extra buttons as a set for sale, too.
The ABM machine is incredibly easy to use, and makes great pins each time.
Thank you for such a generous giveaway! I’ve wanted a button maker for quite some time and for a variety of reasons: They’re incredibly nostalgic! I loved buttons as a kid and would wear them all the time. I have a child who is very into buttons and not only would this be a FANTASTIC project to do together, but it would be exciting to learn how to make key chains, hair bows etc. and give them away as gifts :) I also would love to use them in my paper crafts and as fund raisers for my son’s school.
