This special punch cutter combines the best aspects of two already great products, borrowing precision from the heavy-duty tabletop punch cutter and lightweight portability from the adjustable circle cutter. Even better, it’s less expensive than both those tools. To use the device, you center the graphic using the large centering hole in the top of the Dynamo Punch Cutter, press the handle, and you’ve got yourself a perfect circle that slides right out. Then you can move on to the next one following the same process.
