Shipping Insurance and Delivery Options
Do you want your order insured and require a signature when delivered?
United Parcel Service (UPS) is well-known for fast, reliable shipping, but the sad truth is that, on occasion, packages that are reliably delivered end up stolen from doorsteps when no signature was required. If you are concerned, we strongly recommend that you require a signature for delivery to protect against would-be thieves.
Please be aware that by not purchasing signature service you are authorizing the delivery driver to leave the package outside your home (at his or her discretion). When this happens, we're unable to protect you against the potential loss or theft of your order.
UPS includes $100 of free insurance on each shipment. Customers have the opportunity to purchase additional insurance at the time of checkout.
Please be aware that by not purchasing additional insurance if your package is lost or damaged, UPS and ABM's liability will be capped at $100 per box.
United States Postal Service
In many instances the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not include any insurance or tracking numbers and those services must be purchased during checkout. We strongly suggest you choose UPS as your shipping method as USPS damage/lost claims can take 30–90 days to complete.
