Cart Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping & delivery: Published transit times are standard business days and do not include weekends. Orders ship FOB Origin, and we are not responsible for carrier delays or misdirected shipments. UPS includes $100 of coverage per shipment; additional shipping insurance is available above. Addresses that require carrier correction incur a $21.50 fee, and freight on refused, canceled, or non-deliverable shipments is the customer’s responsibility. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in process — please call (972) 985-5074 right away if your order needs immediate attention.

Claims: Report transit damage within 2 days of receipt and keep all packaging for carrier inspection. Shortage and product defect claims must be made within 30 days of shipment.

Tax-exempt orders: A tax certificate must be on file with ABM before you order — sales tax is not refunded retroactively. Read more.
