Job Responsibilities

This is an active role involving various warehouse and order fulfillment tasks:

• Weighing and bagging small parts
• Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving items
• Using an RF Gun for picking and packing
• Verifying received materials against documents
• Stocking and inventory management
• Shipping orders via UPS Worldship
• Loading and unloading shipments
• Training new employees
• Operating a stand-up forklift
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels
• Improving processes and maintaining equipment
• Collaborating with team members and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading and writing English and basic math
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs. and work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse
• Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
• Team player with critical thinking, problem-solving, and good time-management skills
• Passing a drug screen and background check
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to self-manage
• Steady work history
