Die Cutting Press
The Die Cutting Press is ABM's high-volume cutter for button graphics: a hand-operated toggle press that cuts through a stack of 30 to 50 printed sheets in a single pull, with a cutting board included.
It replaces the one-at-a-time cutting of a punch or circle cutter for print shops, promotional product companies and anyone pressing buttons by the thousand. Pair it with a cutting die in your button size, drop in a stack of graphics, and pull the handle. Cutting dies are sold separately.

Before You Order
The press ships with the cutting board but without a cutting die. You need one die for each button size or shape you plan to cut, and the die must match the graphic cut size your button maker uses, not the finished button size. Every ABM cutting die is listed below.

No. The press includes the cutting board but no die. Cutting dies are sold separately, one per button size or shape, and are listed above.
How many graphics does it cut at once?

Which cutting die do I need for my button maker?
Match the die to your ABM button maker's size and shape. Each die is cut to that machine's graphic cut size, which is larger than the finished button. If you are unsure which machine you have, call (972) 985-5074 and we will identify it with you.
Can I use one press for several button sizes?
Yes. The adjustable press ram accepts any ABM cutting die, so you can swap dies to move between round sizes, the 2"x2" square and the 2"x3" rectangle on the same press.
Is the Die Cutting Press returnable?
No. The press is built to order and is non-returnable, so please confirm your die sizes before ordering. Our team is happy to check them with you by phone.
What does the cutting board do?
The board sits between the die and the press table so the die's sharp edge never contacts metal, which extends die life. It is machinable-grade plastic and can be resurfaced; a replacement board is available separately.
